<p>Bahan 1:</p>
<p>-240 g susu full cream cair</p>
<p>-115 g unsalted butter</p>
<p>Bahan 2:</p>
<p>-2 butir telur</p>
<p>-200 g gula pasir</p>
<p>Bahan 3:</p>
<p>-180 g greek yogurt</p>
<p>Bahan 4:</p>
<p>-140 g tepung terigu protein sedang</p>
<p>-100 g cokelat bubuk</p>
<p>-1 sdt Red Bell Soda Kue</p>
<p>-¼ sdt garam</p>
<p>Cara membuat:</p>
<p>1.Panaskan oven suhu 165°C</p>
<p>2.Panaskan butter dalam keadaan lembut dan tidak dingin</p>
<p>3.Panaskan bahan 1 dalam microwave / au bain marie hingga mentega meleleh, jangan terlalu panas cukup sampai mentega leleh.</p>
<p>4.Kocok bahan 2 menggunakan ballon whisk, tidak perlu pakai mixer, sebentar saja agar tercampur rata</p>
<p>5.Masukkan bahan 1 dan bahan 3 ke dalam adonan telur, aduk hingga tercampur rata. Kemudian lanjut masukkan bahan 4, aduk sebentar hingga tercampur</p>
<p>6.Bagi adonan menjadi 2 loyang diameter 16 cm yang sudah dialasi baking paper, kurang lebih 500 gr/loyang</p>
<p>7.Panggang dalam oven suhu 165°C selama +- 35 menit. Cek tingkat kematangan.</p>
<p>8.Dinginkan.</p>
<p><b>Filling</b></p>
<p>Bahan syrup:</p>
<p>-200 g gula pasir</p>
<p>-100 g air</p>
<p>Bahan butter:</p>
<p>-500 g white fat/mentega putih</p>
<p>-100 g susu kental manis</p>
<p>-500 g unsalted butter</p>
<p>1 sdm Red Bell Pasta Peppermint</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Cara membuat:</p>
<p>1.Masak gula dan air hingga larut, lalu dinginkan dalam wadah tertutup ( angan sampai mengkristal)</p>
<p>2.Mixer white fat dan SKM full speed selama 2-3 menit menggunakan paddle (jangan lupa sesekali scrap pinggiran dan dasar bowl)</p>
<p>3.Setelah white fat lunak dan smooth, masukkan butter lalu masukkan butter dan mixer speed 5 selama 2 menit</p>
<p>4.Masukkan gula cair sedikit demi sedikit, mixer speed 5 hingga gula habis (jangan lupa sesekali scrap pinggiran dan dasar bowl)</p>
<p>5.Ganti dengan ballon whisk, lalu mixer speed 6 selama 5 menit hingga fluffy (jangan lupa sesekali scrap pinggiran dan dasar bowl)</p>
<p>6.Buttercream siap digunakan</p>
<p><b>Mirror glaze:</b></p>
<p>-10 g gelatin</p>
<p>-60 g air</p>
<p>-150 g glucose</p>
<p>-75 g air</p>
<p>-100 g susu kental manis</p>
<p>-150 g cokelat putih</p>
<p>-1-5 g Red Bell Oil Based Food Coloring Merah</p>
<p>Cara membuat:</p>
<p>1.Rendam 60 g air dengan gelatin</p>
<p>2.Masukkan glucose, gula dan air ke panci, lalu masak hingga 103°C. Tambahkan cokelat putih</p>
<p>3.Setelah cokelat putih meleleh, tambahkan susu kental manis dan gelatin yang sudah direndam</p>
<p>4.Blender hingga halus dan sari, tambahkan pewarna makanan, lalu blender menggunakan blender tangan hingga tercampur rata.</p>
<p>5.Siram mirror glaze ke atas kue yang beku.</p>

<p><b>Bahan</b><b> 1: </b></p>
<p>-240 g unsalted butter</p>
<p>-200 g gula pasir</p>

<p>-4 butir telur</p>
<p>-⅕ sdt Red Bell Asam Sitrat</p>
<p>-45 g greek yoghurt</p>
<p>-1 sdt Red Bell Pasta Cocopandan</p>
<p><b>Bahan</b><b> 3:</b></p>
<p>-250 g tepung protein rendah</p>
<p>-¼ sdt garam</p>
<p>-½ sdt Red Bell Soda Kue</p>
<p>Cara membuat</p>
<p>1.Panaskan oven 170°C</p>
<p>2.Pastikan butter dalam keadaan lembut dan tidak dingin</p>
<p>3.Kocok bahan 1 hingga putih mengembang, kecepatan sedang +- 5 menit.</p>
<p>4.Masukkan telur sedikit demi sedikit, kemudian asam sitrat dan greek yoghurt hingga tercampur.  Jangan lupa bagian bawah adonan dikeruk agar tidak ada mentega yang menempel di mangkuk. Kocok dengan kecepatan rendah selama 3 menit.</p>
<p>5.Masukkan bahan 3, kocok dengan kecepatan rendah selama +- 3 menit hanya sampai tercampur rata saja.</p>
<p>6.Bagi adonan menjadi 3 loyang diameter 16cm yang sudah dialasi dengan baking paper, kurang lebih 300 g / loyang.</p>
<p>Panggang dalam oven suhu 170°C selama +- 25 menit. Cek tingkat kematangan, dinginkan</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><b>Buttercream</b></p>
<p><b>Bahan</b><b> syrup :</b></p>
<p>&#8211; 200 g gula pasir</p>
<p>&#8211; 100 g air</p>
<p><b>Bahan</b><b> butter :</b></p>
<p>&#8211; 500 g white fat/mentega putih</p>
<p>&#8211; 100 susu kental manis</p>
<p>&#8211; 500 g unsalted butter</p>
<p>&#8211; potongan buah lychee</p>
<p><b>Cara </b><b>membuat</b><b> :</b></p>
<p>1.Masak gula dan air hingga larut, lalu dinginkan dalam wadah tertutup (jangan sampai mengkristal)</p>
<p>2.Mixer white fat dan susu kental manis full speed selama 2-3 menit, menggunakan paddle (jangan lupa sesekali scrap pinggiran dan dasar bowl)</p>
<p>3.Setelah white fat lunak dan smooth masukkan butter lalu mixer speed 5 selama 2 menit</p>
<p>4.Masukkan gula cair sedikit demi sedikit mixer speed 5 hingga gula habis (jangan lupa sesekali scrap pinggiran dan dasar bowl)</p>

<p><b>Base donut:</b></p>
<p>-160 g tepung pro sedang</p>
<p>-90 g gula pasir</p>
<p>-2 sdt baking powder</p>
<p>-¼ sdt Red Bell Essence Vanilla</p>
<p>-¼ sdt garam</p>
<p>-2 butir telur suhu ruang</p>
<p>-125 ml suhu cair</p>
<p>-40 ml minyak sayur</p>
<p><b>Galaxy glaze</b></p>
<p>-250 g white chocolate</p>
<p>-2 sdt Red Bell Oil Based Food Coloring Merah, Hitam, Ungu, Merah Muda dan Biru</p>
<p><b>Cara </b><b>membuat</b><b>:</b></p>
<p>1.Masukkan gula pasir bersama dengan ayakan tepung, baking powder dan garam, aduk hingga rata.</p>
<p>2.Masukkan telur, susu cair, minyak sayur dan Red Bell Essence Vanilla, aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur rata.</p>
<p>3.Panaskan cetakan donat dan masukkan adonan ke dalam cetakan yang sudah panas, lalu tutup dan masak selama +- selama 4 menit</p>
<p>4.Setelah itu, balik donat agar matang merata, kemudian masak kembali selama 2 menit</p>
<p>5.Setelah matang, dinginkan di atas cooling wire, lalu sisihkan</p>
<p>6.Membuat glaze: lelehkan white chocolate dengan cara au bain marie atau microwave</p>
<p>7.Lalu bagi menjadi 5 bagian dan beri warna di 4 bagian glaze dan 1 bagian glaze disisihkan sebagai warna dasar</p>
<p>8.Berikan masing-masing warna ke dalam 4 bagian glaze, lalu aduk rata</p>
<p>9.Masukkan semua warna ke dalam bowl glaze berwarna dasar putih, lalu aduk menggunakan tusuk sate hingga membentuk gradasi warna</p>
<p>10.Celupkan donat ke dalam glaze, lalu tunggu glaze mengeras terkena suhu ruang</p>
<p>11.Galaxy Donut Glaze siap disajikan.</p>

<p><b>Basic sponge:</b></p>
<p>&#8211; 6 butir telur</p>
<p>&#8211; 100 g gula pasir</p>
<p>&#8211; 40 g emulsifier</p>
<p>&#8211; 100 g tepung protein sedan</p>
<p>&#8211; 20 g maizena</p>
<p>&#8211; 6 g baking powder</p>
<p>&#8211; 100 g melted butter</p>
<p>&#8211; strawberry butter</p>
<p><b>Cream frosting:</b></p>
<p>&#8211; 300 ml whipped cream</p>
<p>&#8211; Red Bell Oil Based Food Coloring Hijau, Ungu, Biru, Orange, Merah, Merah Muda, Kuning dan Hitam</p>
<p><b>Hiasan</b><b>:</b></p>
<p>&#8211; Sprinkle</p>
<p><b>Cara </b><b>membuat</b><b>:</b></p>
<p>1.Membuat sponge cake: masukkan semua bahan ke dalam bowl (kecuali melted butter). Mixer hingga adonan mengembang.</p>
<p>2.Setelah adonan mengembang, masukkan melted butter, aduk menggunakan spatula.</p>
<p>3.Alasi loyang 20x20x7 menggunakan baking paper.</p>
<p>4.Tuangkan adonan di atas loyang.</p>
<p>5.Bakar di suhu 175° C, selama 30-35 menit. Setelah matang, dinginkan di atas cooling rack.</p>
<p>6.Membuat cream frosting: kocok whipped cream sampai mengembang dan soft peak.</p>
<p>7.Bagi whipped cream menjadi beberapa bagian, kemudian teteskan Red Bell Oil Based Coloring pada setiap bagian sesuai selera. Lalu sisihkan.</p>
<p>8.Keluarkan sponge cake dari loyang, lalu potong cake menjadi 2 bagian, dan potong kembali menggunakan ring cutter ukuran 6 cm.</p>
<p>9.Susun cake menjadi 3 tumpuk, diselingi dengan strawberry jam di bagian tengah, agar cake tetap kokoh.</p>
<p>10.Lapisi cake dengan cream frosting, kemudian hias cake sesuai selera.</p>
<p>Mini Bento Cake siap disajikan.</p>

<p>400 ml susu cair full cream</p>
<p>200 g tepung terigu</p>
<p>2 butir telur ayam</p>
<p>40 g tepung maizena</p>
<p>50 ml minyak goreng/margarin<br />
½ sdt Red Bell Essence Vanilla<br />
Red Bell Oil Based Food Coloring Merah, Hijau, Kuning, Ungu</p>
<p><b>Bahan</b> <b>krim</b> <b>pelapis</b><b>:</b></p>
<p>400 ml whipped cream</p>
<p>50 g gula halus</p>
<p>100 g DCC putih dicairkan</p>
<p><b>Cara </b><b>membuat</b><b>:</b></p>
<p>1.Untuk membuat crepes, campurkan tepung terigu, tepung maizena lalu aduk hingga rata.</p>
<p>2.Kocok telur lalu masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata. Tuang susu dan mentega, aduk rata hingga tidak ada yang bergerindil.</p>
<p>3.Bagi menjadi beberapa adonan dan beri Red Bell Oil Based Food Coloring Merah, Hijau, Kuning dan Ungu.</p>
<p>4.Panaskan teflon anti lengket, oles minyak tipis saja, lalu tuang adonan sebanyak satu sendok sayur.</p>
<p>5.Ratakan dan tunggu hingga mengelupas serta tidak lagi basah adonannya. Angkat dan lakukan hingga adonan crepes habis.</p>
<p>6.Jangan ambil adonan terlalu banyak agar hasil lapisannya tetap tipis.</p>
<p>7.Untuk krim pelapis, masukkan semua bahan di wadah, lalu mixer hingga tercampur rata mengembang putih dan tidak tumpah ketika dibalik.</p>
<p>8.Tata lapisan crepes yang sudah dingin, tumpuk dengan crepes lagi.</p>
<p>9.Ulangi hingga lapisan crepes habis paling atas. Simpan di freezer selama 15 menit agar krimnya set.</p>
<p>10.Keluarkan dan hias dengan topping sisa krim pelapis garnis sesuai selera.</p>
<p>11.Potong-potong mille crepes dan nikmati selagi dingin.</p>

½ sdt Red Bell Essence VanillaRed Bell Oil Based Food Coloring Merah Muda, Kuning, Hijau, Ungu</p>
<p>Cara Membuat :<br />
1. Campurkan margarin dengan tepung dan gula halus.<br />
2. Tambahkan 1 butir telur, air es. Jika masih agak beremah dan sulit dibulatkan, boleh ditambah setengah sendok makan air es lagi.<br />
3. Bagi menjadi beberapa bagian dan beri warna merah, hijau, kuning, dan ungu.<br />
4. Timbang adonan dan bulatkan lalu gilas cetak sesuai cetakan.<br />
5. Tusuk-tusuk bagian tengah dengan garpu.<br />
6. Oven dengan suhu 150° C selama 20-25 menit hingga matang.<br />
7. Keluarkan kulit pie dari cetakan, kemudian setelah agak dingin isi dengan filling.</p>
<p>Bahan Isian Tape :<br />
200 g tape singkong<br />
100 ml santan instant<br />
100 ml air<br />
75 g susu kental manis<br />
1 butir kuning telur<br />
25 g tepung maizena<br />
20 g tepung protein rendah<br />
65 g margarin<br />
½ sdt Red Bell Essence Vanilla</p>
<p>Cara membuat isian:<br />
1. Blender semua bahan (kecuali margarin) hingga rata.<br />
2. Masak adonan dengan api sedang sampai mendidih.<br />
3. Tambahkan Red Bell Essence Vanilla, aduk rata.<br />
4. Masukan margarin, aduk rata biarkan hingga dingin dan mengental.<br />
5. Masukan ke dalam plastik segitiga.<br />
6. Semprotkan / isikan di kulit tartlets.</p>
